Kwangkik Wang is currently Head of the Green Digital Research Institute, Seoul, South Korea. Previously he held positions with Plan ADD Vietnam (2017-present), the Korean Research Institute of Human Settlements (2000-2017) and the Ministry of Land Infrastructure and Transportation (1998-2000). Dr Wang has worked on numerous South Korean Projects (Ulsan City Hydrogen, Land and Urban Space Planning and Management Technology Development Projects for GHG Reduction, Construction of Plan of Eco-Friendly Low-Carbon Happy City) as well as performed planning studies overseas (Vietnam Green City Urban Planning Decision Support System Construction PMC Project). His research interests focus on low-carbon urban development, particularly in South Korea.
