Khajornkiat Srinuansom

Dr. Srinuansom is associate Dean of Academic Affairs and Services and lecturer in the Faculty of Fisheries Technology and Aquatic Resources at Mae Jo University. Known as Peng, Dr. Srinuansom is an expert in fish reproductive endocrinology and the team leader of agriculture extension in rural communities in northern Thailand, promoting aquaculture. His current research involves establishing protocols for developing and managing low-cost and climate-resilient aquaculture systems involving drought-tolerant species of fish including eels and hybrid catfish. He is also a primary educator for community outreach and learning-by-doing activities for students in the Faculty, as well as primary schools in rural areas of Thailand and Lao PDR. Peng also has experience with coastal systems, having grown up on the Andaman Coast in Ranong Province. Dr. Peng is currently the Associate Dean of Academic Affairs and Services.
