Shanghai University

Dr. Jiani Tan, holds a PhD from the University of Tennessee. Since joining Shanghai University in 2023, she has led key projects, including sub-programs of China’s National Key R&D Program and the Shanghai Pujiang Talent Program. As first author, Tan publishes in top-tier journals like PNAS and ACP. She serves as an editor for Frontiers in Environmental Science and a reviewer for high-impact journals. Her research focuses on atmospheric nitrogen budgets, synergistic pollution and carbon reduction, and deep learning in atmospheric science.
