Dr Faizal Immaddudin Wira Rohmat is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB), Indonesia. His expertise includes environmental modelling, artificial intelligence and machine learning, climate and environmental data analysis, geospatial analysis, and hydrology. His research focuses on integrating ground-based, satellite, and climate datasets with numerical and AI-based models to understand environmental dynamics, assess climate-related risks, and support data-driven decision-making. He also works with high-performance computing (HPC) for large-scale environmental simulations, spatial data processing, and computationally intensive AI and modelling applications.
