Mr Dawa Yoezer works for the Department of Water, Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources, Bhutan. He served as a faculty member and researcher at the Center for Water, Climate and Environment Policy, Ugyen Wangchuck Institute for Conservation and Environment Research, Bumthang, from 2014 to 2022. He has an MSc. in Environmental Science from the IHE Delft Institute for Water Education, the Netherlands and obtained a BSc. degree in Forestry from India in 2013.
He has professional and research skills in limnology, echo-hydrology, environment, climate change studies and data analytics. He managed numerous water and climate change projects and published research papers and technical reports over the years.
