Eng’r. C’zar M. Sulaik is the Deputy Administrator for Engineering and Operations (DAEO) of the National Irrigation Administration (NIA). He assists the NIA Administrator in planning, direction and coordination of various activities pertaining to project development and implementation, operation and maintenance of irrigation systems and equipment management.
