Chloe is a Research Associate with Stockholm Environment Institute based in Bangkok. Her work spans SEI’s urban and water research clusters with a focus on Nature-Based, Integrated Urban Flood Management, circular economy, and just transitions.  She has published research on urban governance, informality, and quality of life in Bangalore, India, and on nature-based solutions in agricultural landscapes in Asia. Before joining SEI, Chloe worked with the International Centre for Environmental Management in Hanoi, Vietnam, and United Nations Office for Project Services in Yangon, Myanmar. She holds an MA in Political Science from the University of Edinburgh and an MSc in International Development Studies from the University of Amsterdam.
