Dr Chandan Sarangi is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at IIT Madras. He is an earth system scientist with extensive experience in aerosol-cloud-climate interactions, climate change impact on cloud systems, and urban air quality. He completed his Post Doctorate Research from PNNL, USA, and Integrated PhD from IIT Kanpur, India. Dr Sarangi has published first-author papers in high-impact journals such as Nature Communications and Nature Climate Change.
