He received his Master’s Degree in Public Administration and Agricultural Engineering (on-going) at Isabela State University, Philippines. In November 2019, he was appointed as Principal Engineer C and acted as the Section Chief of the Flood Forecasting and Instrumentation Section. Subsequently, in December 2020, he was appointed as the Acting Division Manager A of the National Irrigation Administration Magat River Integrated Irrigation System, Dam and Reservoir Division.
