Mr. Balla is a DRR and Humanitarian responder with more than 9 years of experience in Humanitarian projects with expertise on Humanitarian WASH response. He has completed his bachelor’s in public health from CIST College, Nepal and Graduate Professional Diploma Program (GPDP) for Humanitarian WASH from IHE DELFT Institute for Water Education, Netherland with the scholarship from UNICEF.
