Dr Bhaskar is presently working as Assistant Professor at the Department of Hydrology, Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, India. Previously he has served as Postdoctoral Fellow at City University of Hong Kong. He also has 8 long years of experience in consultancy of various projects. Dr Bhaskar received his doctorate in Civil and Environmental Engineering from City University of Hong Kong. He has a strong background in water/wastewater treatment, desalination, water resource management and solid waste management. Experienced in managing water infrastructure projects for Delhi, Mumbai, and Shillong. In the year 2018 he was awarded with the Outstanding Academic Performance Award by the City University of Hong Kong. Apart from this Dr Bhaskar has numerous publications in prestigious Refereed Journal papers and has authorship of book chapters.
