Ir. Asnol Adzhan bin Abd. Manap is a senior Malaysian civil engineer specialising in river engineering, dams, and urban drainage. He currently serves as Director of the Corporate Division at the Department of Irrigation and Drainage Malaysia, following his role as Director of Operations at the Sungai Muda Basin Office. With over two decades at the Department of Irrigation and Drainage Malaysia, he has led major flood mitigation and water infrastructure projects nationwide. His dedication to public service has earned him multiple honours, including several Excellent Service Awards in the State of Perlis and the State of Kedah.
