Prof. Pandey has more than 20 years’ experience in the area of irrigation water management, soil and water conservation engineering, hydrological modelling of watershed, remote sensing and GIS applications in water resources. He has completed nine sponsored R&D projects and seven R&D projects are ongoing which have been sponsored by various organizations. He has also completed 42 consultancy projects for various clients which include NTPC Ltd, Uttarakhand Irrigation Department, PFC Consulting Limited, New Delhi, etc. Prof. Pandey has a PhD in Soil and Water Conservation Engineering and works in the area of irrigation water management, micro-irrigation, on-farm development work, soil and water conservation engineering, watershed modelling, remote sensing and GIS applications, water resources.
