Dr Arun Kansal is a Professor and Dean (Academics) at TERI School of Advanced Studies, New Delhi. He had served as ICCR Chair Professor in Environmental Science and Policy at Freie University, Berlin, Germany during 2010-11. He has been an Honorary Senior Research Fellow in the Department of Civil Engineering at the University of Birmingham, UK (2011-14), Visiting Professor in the Department of Natural Sciences at the University of Derby, UK (2015-2018) and Key Technology Partner Visiting Fellow at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS), Australia in 2013; and been a Lead Author for IPCC AR5 WGIII.
