Prof Aduwati is currently Director, Institute for Mathematical Research and Intelligent Systems (INSPEM-SC) since February 2024. She is also a Professor at Department of Computer and Communication Systems, Faculty of Engineering, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) and previously Head of Wireless and Photonics Networks (WiPNET) Research Centre (2020 – 2024). She was a Deputy Director at UPM Research Management Centre (RMC) responsible for Research Planning and Knowledge Management from 2016 to 2019. She obtained her PhD in Mobile and Satellite Communications form University of Surrey, UK, in July 2009. She is also a Chartered Engineer (C. Eng) registered under UK Engineering Council.
