Mr Sour got his master’s degree in Environmental Engineering and Management Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand, in 1999. He worked as Lecturer at Maharishi Vedic University, Cambodia, between 1996 and 2000. From 2000 till now, he has been a senior lecturer and researcher in the Department of Environmental Science, Royal University of Phnom Penh, Cambodia. He Majored in Environmental Technology and Management, experienced in international projects related to water resource systems and management.
