Southeast Asia is among the world’s most vulnerable regions to climate change, biodiversity loss, water scarcity and urban risk. Through science–policy linkages, collaborative research and capacity building, the Asia-Pacific Network for Global Change Research (APN) has played an important role in addressing these challenges.
