Mr Mohd Fakarudin bin Hussain has served in the Malaysian Ministry of Education since 2004, initially as a mathematics teacher before moving into educational administration. He has held key roles at the Mersing District Education Office, focusing on quality management across secondary, preschool, and primary schools. Since 2021, he has been with the Ministry’s Daily School Management Division, currently as Chief Assistant Director of the Student Welfare and Health Management Unit. He oversees cleanliness, health, safety, welfare support, and disaster management, contributing to national and international disaster preparedness efforts. His career reflects a strong dedication to student well-being and educational resilience.
