Dr. Murtiningrum is the Head of the Biophysics Laboratory Deparment of Agricultural and Biosystem Engineering, Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indonesia. She specializes in irrigation engineering and management, especially in operation and maintenance of irrigation systems. She also contributing to scientific advancements and public policy in this field. She has actively played a significant role in the Smart Irrigation Water Management Project. She has authored multiple national and international publications focusing on irrigation techniques and agricultural sustainability. Her expertise and contributions continue to shape advancements in irrigation technology and sustainable water management practices in Indonesia and beyond.
