The SPG Members recommend a scientific programme including proposals for priority of funding and allocation of current available funding for consideration by the IGM; works with the Steering Committee (SC) and the Secretariat in arranging scientific programme activities; and interacts on the APN's behalf with other international research programmes on global change. SPG Members also interact with the nFP of their respective country, the Secretariat, and the national and global change communities.
