2008 Call for Comprehensive Research Proposals for Capacity Enhancement for Phase III of the CAPaBLE Programme Please note that this Call is also under the CAPaBLE Programme but it is not launched annually. This call focuses specifically on capacity enhancement of leading researchers in developing countries to produce comprehensive scientific information on climate change impacts, adaptation and vulnerability, which are made available for policy-makers in developing countries and will also contribute to international scientific exercises such as the IPCC.
