Scientific Capacity Building/Enhancement for Sustainable Development in Developing Countries
CAPaBLE Programme Development Workshop (PDW) was
convened from 12-13th May 2003, at the APN Centre, Kobe, Japan.
Its objectives were:
- To discuss how improvements in scientific
capacity and enhancement for sustainable development of developing
country scientists in the region, and
- To create
an effective
implementation strategy and mode of operation for the CAPaBLE Programme
in its first phase (April 2003-March 2006).
