The Secretariat is hosted by the APN Centre and is located at the IHD Centre
Building in Kobe, Japan under the support of Hyogo Prefecture. The mandate of the Secretariat is
to carry out the day-to-day operations of the network, provide secretariat
support to the organs of the APN, and implement Inter-Governmental Meeting
decisions.
