The Steering Committee (SC) acts on behalf of the IGM during the period between IGMs, implementing IGM decisions, with assistance from the Secretariat. The Committee facilitates administrative and management arrangements necessary to implement the programme of activities of the APN including thorough consideration of the APN budget.
